They are constantly adding new offerings which is great because it allows you to constantly be able to freshen up your stores with trending items. All of their patterns and products are developed and drawn in-house by their designers in South Carolina. Each season they work to create unique product and pattern designs that are fun, functional, full of personality!
Marketing Materials
As an authorized Viv&Lou retailer you can save time (and money!) with exclusive and easy access to our professionally designed marketing and sales materials made especially to help take your sales to the next level. These marketing materials include professional product and lifestyle images, easy-to-share digital look books, product information text, and so much more! Simply log into your account and click Marketing Materials in the upper right corner.
Live Inventory
When viewing Viv&Lou products on their website, each product features its real-time inventory that syncs every 5 minutes! You can also view/export a spreadsheet directly from their website by clicking Inventory Status in their bottom menu.
Along with the real-time view online, they also offer an inventory feed subscription that sends out daily emails to keep you updated with the inventory levels of all their products. To opt in/out of this service, simply log in to view your account and select Inventory Feed Subscription in the left menu.
Drop Shipping
Viv&Lou offers FREE drop shipping services! (No, you don’t need to get your eyes check- you read that right. Just normal shipping charges apply!) Those of you who aren’t familiar with drop shipping, it is a way for you to take an order, place it on our website, and then Viv&Lou will ship the order directly to your customer with your store’s information in the return label and no paper documents inside! This service not only allows you to offer a wider range of products but also is especially helpful during 4th quarter gifting season.
Personalization Services
Not only do Viv&Lou products look great on their own, most are even designed to be easily personalized! If your business offers monogramming, we film tutorials showing the best way to personalize each product type. Your store doesn’t monogram but you would still like to offer personalized products to your customers? Viv&Lou has you covered too! They offer personalization as an option on the majority of their products and feature an automated process to get your orders out quickly!
Order Processing Times
Viv&Lou is a well-oiled machine when it comes to their unparalleled processing times! If you place a blank order (not personalized) before 1PM EST Monday-Friday, the order ships the same business day. If you place a personalized order before 1PM EST Monday-Friday, the order ships within 3 business days. During peak times, this may change some but don’t ever worry about staying in the know because at checkout you can view your real-time estimated ship date!
