Social Media Selling Policies

• All FB Lives must be preapproved by Darrah & Company and the Vendor at least 24 to 48 hours in advance and coordinated with David Holcomb. Please fill out the Social Selling Live Event Form (click here to download).  Send the completed form to David Holcomb at dholcomb@darrahreps.com. 

• Lives will be scheduled on a first-come basis. 

• You must provide all your own equipment, Darrah and Company will be happy to provide extension cords/power strips for your electrical needs. 

• Be respectful of our Showroom and other potential customers and put everything back in the place where you found it. 

• Vendors may not provide inventory Qty Status, nor will they hold inventory, so social selling is “at your own risk.” 

• It is likely that no one from Darrah will be available to assist with products or inventory questions unless the assigned rep is present for the Live Event. 

• All orders stemming from a live event must meet minimums per SKU and vendor’s order minimum. The product must be sold at Map price or more if Map price is not available then 2 x wholesale applies. 

• Lives will typically not be allowed during peak show time and all Lives during show week must be pre-approved and scheduled for a non-peak day and time, i.e. – before opening or after closing for the day. 

• If a Live is approved during a peak day or time, or when the Showroom is not normally open there could be a nominal fee charged. 

• Please do not remove price tags from any of the products. 

• Please do not put earrings into your ears.
