David brings extensive experience in all facets of the gift industry to his role at Darrah & Company. His deep knowledge of showroom operations has made him an invaluable asset to the team. Known for his versatility, David manages customer service, supports sales reps in the field, oversees online ordering, coordinates Facebook Live events, and plays a key role in show and showroom setup. He will also be stepping into the role of Inside Sales Manager. Whether working behind the scenes or engaging with customers directly, David ensures everything runs seamlessly. Most importantly, he is often the first friendly face to greet visitors in the showroom, always ready with a warm welcome.
